（东兴23日讯）据香港文汇报和中新社报导，周二（21日），与越南毗邻的中国广西省东兴市新增新冠肺炎本土确诊病例一宗，当地随即开展全市全员核酸检测、学校停课、公共交通停运等措施，并于周三（22日）上午8时起，对东兴市全市实行居家隔离管理，以遏制疫情传播。

据了解，居家隔离期间，东兴市学校和各类培训机构全部停课，公共交通停运，所有景区景点、农家乐、娱乐场所、网吧、影院、文化体育场馆关闭。除保供应的超市、农贸市场、医院、药店外，其他经营场所一律停业。餐饮行业尽量提供外卖配送服务。此外，东兴口岸货检、旅检暂停验放。东兴市疫情防控指挥部发布通告，鉴于东兴市当前疫情防控形势需要，自周二（21日）零时起暂缓东兴口岸（含边民互市贸易区）人员、货物通关，具体通关时间另行通知。

东兴市防控指挥部通报，截至周三晚上8时，东兴市新增4宗本土确诊病例，累计报告本土确诊病例5宗。

在东兴经营著一间越南特色餐厅的吴金芳告诉香港文汇报记者，为了配合当地防疫抗疫政策，其经营的餐厅已暂停营业。“好好在家吃一碗热腾腾的饺子，不乱跑、不聚众，祝大家冬至安好。”吴金芳手指敲打著屏幕，在朋友圈传达著对家人、朋友的祝福。“南方有句俗语‘冬至大过年’，往年冬至我们都是大家庭的聚会，但是今年因为疫情，我们过了一个不一样的冬至，一家四口简单地包顿饺子，吃完之后还集体去做了核酸检测。”

此外，记者了解到，东兴市隶属于防城港市，广西防城港市发展和改革委员会此前发布公告称，该市粮油、食盐储备充足，生猪等畜禽产品供应充裕，冬春蔬菜生产正常，价格平稳，物流配送便捷，外调渠道畅通，可以保证全市群众的正常生活需求。当地受访民众也称配合政府在居家隔离中，日常生活除了减少出行之外，并未受到更多的影响。

中国国家卫生健康委员会网站通报，中国31个省（自治区、直辖市）和新疆生产建设兵团周三（22日）共报告新增100宗新冠肺炎确诊病例。71宗本土确诊中，有63宗在陕西西安，4宗在广西防城港，2宗在河南周口，一宗在浙江绍兴，一宗在广东东莞。
